Stock Market Prediction Report (NASDAQ:QQQQ), (NYSE:SPY), (NYSE:DIA) April 13, 2010
In yesterday's post, the models anticipated a reversal which was confirmed in the after hours sessions. Today, the models are telling us to short stock market rallies. If the low of yesterday session is not broken in the morning session then, a re-analysis would be in order.
11:00AM: Yesterday's lows for SPY, QQQQ and DIA are now broken. Models tell us to look for yesterday's close and today's open (whichever is higher) as a place where first sellers would not hide.
If this session end in red, we would like to see a higher than normal volume.
11:07AM: QQQQs are now at 49.05, right in between today's open and yesterdays close.
1:05PM: QQQQ are now at $49.20, and models just issued a message telling us to fade this move. The editors find this counter intuitive as this is a top price so far for the QQQQs. The models are based on numbers, and therefore do not have feelings as the Editors do. The Editors may be better to trust the models than their feelings/intuitions. Time will tell.
1:55PM: Models are telling us that SPY EFT is now entering a sellers area. SPY is now at 119.77.
2:00PM: First time today that the models are issuing a bias to the short side simultaneously for all three major EFT: SPY ETF, DIA EFT and QQQQ EFT. QQQQ and DIA are at their today's highs of 49.30 and 110.28 respectively.
