qqqq powershares holdings: qqqq options and today and tomorrow stock prediction:
Today is March 09, 2009. Time is 10:51AM (wall street time). QQQQ just touched 46.84, and one trading model issued a signal stating entry into a probably sellers zone which is between 46.84 and a 1% above, and therefore according to the model, a retreat is to expected. We did not due an extensive analysis of the results yet, but we thought to post what we have and make updates later.
qqqq options are trading at a low range of volatility (not a good sign for a bull leg continuation). The model is not based on qqqq options volatility. This is just an extra remark.
Trade management:
11:04AM (after 10 minutes later): QQQQ is trading at 46.77, which is 6 cents gain from 46.84 level. Model is so far in the money. If it were to fail, it is at least showing profits. This is very important characteristics in trading model, because there is a huge difference between a model that shows profits, and a model that never does.
One of the differences is: a model that shows profit allow the trader to makes stops
at a level where the trade is riskless. Ponder this a bit more, and let us know what you think folks. Post comments in box below!
11:37AM: We believe that current level is a potentially good if one were to play the market on the short side. QQQQs are at 46.92.
11:40AM: 3 minutes later, QQQQ ran down fast by 12 cents. That is a lot in 3 minutes only! QQQQs now at 46.80

I'm seeing roughly 48.00 as a resistance point (August 08) but the Slow Stochastics and RSI show it overbought. The MACD lines are pointing upwards as well as the 25-,50-, and 200-DMA. I believe the 0.764 Fib is around 47.92 ... so again, I'm wondering if we won't push closer to this number.
